Computer Resources

The computer resources are divided among four laboratories:
- Mehagian, 408 - Computer Instructional Lab
This lab is available from 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. weekdays to students taking courses which require the use of technology and personal computers. It is equipped with thirty HP (Pentium 4, 3.0 GHz) computers, using the Windows platform, which are used for courses and by students to carry out assignments, projects and research. The lab is also equipped with an LCD projector for course lecture purposes. It is also used by the Adult Education Program and In-Service Teacher Training Program for evening classes.

- Mehagian, 402 - Computer Science Lab
The lab is open from 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. weekdays.
All facilities, specialized equipment, and software required by Computer Science courses are available in this lab. It is equipped with 5 New Dell computers (Core2 Duo) with windows vista business, 7 Dell computers (Pentium 4), Macintosh computers, three Sun Machines (2 ultraSPARC 5 and 1 ultraSPARC 10), and laser printers.

- Mehagian, 403 - Computer Services Room (Internet, E-mail, printing services)
The room is open from 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. weekdays. It is equipped with 16 Dell Optiplex GX260 PCs (Pentium 4- 2.4 Ghz) and several laser printers. The computing services in this room are for educational and research purposes (e.g. typing and printing term papers), accessing information via the World Wide Web, ftp, and newsgroups.

- College, 507- Computer Exam Room.
It is equipped with 30 Dell (Pentium 4, 3.2 GHz) computers and with an LCD projector for lectures. This room is also intended for computer-based exams.

Students may access their internal e-mail accounts, and access their student portal from any PC in the labs
