Photocopying Services
The Barsumian Library and the Derian Library have one magnetic photocopier each. Both machines are put at the disposal of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and visitors to help them photocopy parts of books or journals.
For colored copying, a separate photocopier is located in the Barsumian Library. Color copying is done by the library staff. B&W photocopying and/or printing is self service.
- Cost
B&W photocopying requires a prepaid magnetic card, while the colored copying service is charged in cash.
Each magnetic photocopy card can be used for 100 B&W A4 pages and costs 8000 LL. It can be purchased from the library or the cashier’s office. For colored photocopying each A4 paper costs 500 LL while the A3 paper costs 1000 LL.
- Copyright laws
Usually all forms of material fall under the copyright law. The photocopying of entire books is prohibited.
