Giving to the Library
Haigazian University Libraries welcome and encourage donations of books that meet the University’s standards of quality.
Those who wish to donate part or all of their book collections should take the following points into consideration:
- Donated books are subject to reviewing, selecting, and weeding.
- Donated books should be in good physical condition.
- Donated books should meet the academic and research programs of the University.
- Accepted books become the property of Haigazian University Library
It is desirable to contact the librarian before the donation. Usually a letter of acknowledgement is sent to the donor within a month.
