Schools:

• Please print this ‘Registration Form for Schools’ or request a copy by fax (01-353010/1/2 Ext. 354).
• Submit the registration form and pay the full tuition fees for workshops and/or the registration fees for courses. (There are no registration fees for workshops.)
• Pay the tuition fees.

• Complete a registration form and pay the registration fees.
• New participants: Provide a photocopy of your ID card or passport and a photograph.
• Pay the tuition fees

• Complete a registration form and pay the full tuition fees. (No registration fees.)
