The Haigazian University Business Society (HUBS), in collaboration with GWR Consulting, organized a lecture on “Mystery Shopping”.
Two representatives from GWR Consulting, Lori Agopian, a Haigazian University graduate, and Antoinette Bassil, introduced GWR Consulting to the students, being one of the leading consultancy companies, covering different regions around the world; including Asia, Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.
Specifying the different services provided by GWR Consulting, the representatives focused on Mystery Shopping, the technique they use to evaluate the customer service of their clients, which belong to different sectors, such as restaurants, hotels, retail shops, banks, car showrooms, gas stations, and many more.
To become a certified mystery shopper, the representatives added, one passes through screening and training, and needs to be passionate about customer service, and should be detail oriented.
The representatives helped the students by illustrating them how to apply as a mystery shopper at GWR Consulting, stressing that it is a very important experience, especially to Quality Control, Marketing, Hospitality Management, and Human Resources majors.
The lecture was concluded with an interactive Q&A session, giving the audience the opportunity to address the representatives directly.
