‘Talent Management’ is an approach used by companies and other organizations to attract, develop, and retain skilled employees in alignment with the organization’s goals. Some aspects of Talent Management are organizational knowledge management, career planning, performance improvement, and coaching.

 

Who should join the program?
People  who are graduates of the ‘Human Resources Professional Diploma’ program in the Adult Education Program at Haigazian University; people with a number of years of experience working in Human Resources

4 training sessions, 12 hours each
