On November 14, 2018 a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabagh), represented by Minister Massis Mayilian, and Haigazian University, represented by its President, Rev. Dr. Paul Haidostian, for the purpose of the professional development of the Republic of Artsakh diplomats through short term and long term internships in Beirut.
