The Comptroller’s office supports the University’s operations in order to create a student-centered environment accessible to individuals of diverse ages, cultures and socio-economic background by taking into consideration the social and economic circumstances of the Lebanese community especially during the last few years.
Grounds and Facilities provides A to Z services for all HU events, big or small, on or off campus. The department also assists non-university benevolent and cultural establishments.

The Registrar’s and Admissions Offices are located on the ground floor of the Heritage Building. They are comprised of the main Admissions Office and the offices of the Registrar, the Financial Aid Officer, and the Student Recruiter.
The Purchasing Department is responsible for reviewing and issuing all purchase orders for departments/divisions. It is responsible for centralizing purchasing.
