“This monumental publication comes at a critical time for both Lebanon and the Artsakh Republic,” stated Rev. Dr. Paul Haidostian during a meeting with the editorial board of the Review held on October 2, 2020. The members of the board shared with President Haidostian the creative experience they had with the preparation and birth of this volume, as they witnessed the social unrest in the country as well as the Beirut harbor explosion.
In its 928 pages the volume includes some 48 original research papers, investigative articles, unpublished documents, and obituaries.
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Haigazian Armenological Review, this year the University will also launch a second volume which will include the complete bibliography of the Review, a number of articles evaluating the historical, linguistic, literary articles of the Review as well as reports related to the Armenological projects and initiatives of Haigazian University throughout the years.
