Haigazian University won the Best Paper Award from the Management Consulting Division of the Academy of Management, at the 83rd annual meeting of the Academy of Management, which was held on August 4 – 8, 2023, in Boston, Massachusetts, and attended by 10,000 academicians.
The Research paper entitled “Relationship between Traits of Emotional Intelligence and Burnout among Workers in the Humanitarian Sector”, which was based on the MBA thesis by graduate student Hiba Antoun and defended at the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at Haigazian University, was presented by faculty members Drs. Raghida Abdallah and Najoie Nasr.
