BIO

I am an experienced biologist having a PhD and Post Doc in Neuroscience; my knowledge is grounded in theories and methods in the field of behavioral and cognitive neuroscience.

I was implicated in more than 11 years of teaching at the Lebanese University: (i) Faculty of Medical Sciences, (ii) Faculty of Sciences, (iii) Neurosciences Research Center (NRC), and the American University of Beirut, Haigazian University, and Al Kafaat University.

In my previous positions, I gained exposure to research in behavioral neuroscience, clinical and basic biology. In each role, I earned commendations for the quality of my research, including Grant writing, project management, data collection, quantitative analysis, results interpretation, writing scientific publications and participating in national and international scientific communications.

I am fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Human Embryology, Human Genetics, Histology, Cell Biology, Neuroanatomy, Neurodevelopment disorders.

RESEARCH INTERESTS

Neurodegenerative disorders, Clinical evaluation of brain tumors.
