BIO

Shant Estepan is a full-time lecturer and the Coordinator of the Division of Mathematical Sciences (Computer Science and Mathematics) at Haigazian University. With over 17 years of experience in information technology and higher education, he has specialized in information systems and project management.
He earned his MBA from Haigazian University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Information Technology at Saint Joseph University of Beirut. In addition to his academic career, he has extensive industry experience as a Senior Network Analyst at Haigazian University.
Mr. Estepan has also taught at the Saint Joseph University (USJ), and several training centers in Lebanon and abroad.
He has published multiple research papers on digital transformation, blended learning, and the role of leadership in SMEs. Beyond academia, he has developed and managed numerous IT projects and websites for organizations across Lebanon, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States.
