Special Towards M.B.A. Students
Applicants to the M.B.A. Program who fulfill the admission requirements but hold an undergraduate degree other than Business Administration, are admitted as special towards M.B.A. and required to take prerequisite/core courses of the Program before taking graduate courses.
A special towards MBA student is not allowed to fail an undergraduate course. A special towards MBA student is promoted to the Graduate Program if he/she:
- Has obtained an average of 80 in the prerequisite courses.
- Has not failed a course.
- Has not repeated more than one course.
A special towards MBA student who fulfills these requirements should petition for change of status by submitting the Change of Status form to the Admissions and Registrar’s Offices.
The prerequisite/core courses are defined by the course requirements listed below, and their completion is a prerequisite to enter the professional/core courses. Note that all or part of the prerequisite/core courses may be satisfied by a student’s prior work at the undergraduate level.
