Worship emphasizing music takes place on Wednesdays from 12:05/10-12:50 PM in the Auditorium. Chapel is led by students and the Campus Minister. The weekly chapel services are held in a contemporary and informal setting open to anyone, student, faculty or staff, who wishes to attend. Chapel begins with a time of worship through song and includes a message and time of prayer.
During the academic year 2016-17 the focus of the bi-weekly small group meetings will be on the theme of discipleship and on the Gospel of Luke.
In the fall semester, a one-day trip to the South will be organized. In the spring semester there is an overnight retreat. The retreats are a chance for students to get to know each other better and to grow in faith. Recent themes have been “Essential Outfit for Your Journey with God” and “Humans of the Bible: Be Like Them”.
Service is an essential part of spiritual life. The HU spiritual life group engages in practical service to Lebanese community, the Lebanese churches and people in need in various creative ways.
