How and When to Apply
- First, apply to Haigazian University and get your student ID from the Admissions Office.
- Contact the Financial Aid Office to get your password. You’ll need this to log in.
- Log in to the Student Information System (SIS) Portal using your University ID and password.

Once you’re logged in:
- Click the three lines (menu) on the left side of the screen.
- Under Accounting, choose Financial Aid.
- Fill out your financial aid application and submit prior to the deadline.(March 31 for the fall semester and November 30 for the spring semester).
- To better assess your need, you or a family member will be called for a short interview, during which you have to submit the needed documents as hard copies.
- Once the financial aid committee has reviewed your application, you will receive an email notifying you of the decision.
