I am thrilled to share my incredible experience attending the Diploma for Coordinators and Division Heads at Haigazian University, which spanned an extended period of around 9 months. Throughout this time, I have gained invaluable skills and knowledge that have significantly impacted my professional growth and personal development.
I acquired effective communication strategies, teamwork abilities, and the art of handling complex situations through collaboration. These skills not only benefited my studies but also positively influenced my daily life and interactions.
I gained the skills to embody a proactive and empathetic leadership style, proficient in guiding and motivating others toward shared objectives. I also grasped the significance of adaptability and effective decision-making, equipping me to assume leadership responsibilities across different spheres of my life.
Furthermore, I acquired the ability to create well-structured and engaging learning materials that cater to different learning styles. This transformed the way I approach teaching, making the process more effective and enjoyable for both my students and myself.
I gained insights into effective classroom management, observation techniques, and providing constructive feedback. These insights not only improved my teaching abilities but also helped me become a mentor and role model for my students.
I also want to express my gratitude to the Center for Continuing Education’s team for their exceptional support during the application process. They were incredibly helpful and provided me with all the necessary guidance to reach them easily. Their prompt responses and continuous follow-ups, especially from the highly supportive Reina, made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Overall, the online training courses that I took at the CCE have been life changing for me. I acquired essential coordination, leadership, curriculum designing, and supervision skills that significantly improved my teaching abilities and expanded my horizons as an individual. Moreover, the nurturing and inclusive environment of the center and the classes made me feel like part of a close-knit family. I am immensely grateful for this transformative experience and will cherish the memories and lessons learned here throughout my life.
