Maître Nadim Abboud (Licence en Droit, St. Joseph University; L.L.M., Georgetown University, Washington, D.C.; M.B.A., Ecole Supérieure des Affaires, Pôle associé ESCP-EAP, Beirut) is a counselor and attorney at law. He is the managing partner of the law offices of A. Abboud & Associates. He has lectured on Labor and Social Security Laws and Tourism Law at St. Joseph University.

Mr. Mike Chamieh (B.B.A., Notre Dame University; M.B.A., Lebanese American University; A.M.P., American University of Beirut) is the head of Training & HR Services at Bank Audi. With extensive HR experience, Mr. Chamieh has successfully led the Training & Development unit at one of the alpha group banks, worked as a Quality Coordinator at a hospital and Research Executive at an embassy. As an HR consultant and certified trainer, he has conducted numerous impactful training workshops. Mr. Chamieh’s diverse background includes leadership roles in employee relations, organization development, HR systems, and his expertise extends to project management.

Ms. Jennifer Tabet (BA, The George Washington University; Master of Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell University; and MA, Georgetown University) is an ICF-certified coach (PCC), Human Resources consultant, trainer, and university lecturer with over 25 years of global corporate HR experience at the managerial level. She is the co-founder of Stratagem HR Solutions, offering both in-house and public workshops, coaching services, and a wide array of HR consultancy expertise to multinationals and family-owned companies in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, FMCG, logistics, and academia in the EMEA region. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Merck & Co (a Fortune 100 company) at its corporate headquarters in the USA and later at the company’s Middle East subsidiary as the Regional HR Manager. She is certified in Conflict Resolution, Change Management, Return on Investment (ROI), and MBTI.

Ms. Cecilia Moudaber (M.Sc. In Business Administration & Management, Universite du Quebec a Chicoutimi; Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management, Lebanese American University; SPHR from SHRM; AHLEI certified instructor) is an HR advisor, a soft skills facilitator, and a university instructor at Haigazian University since 2010. She offers a hands-on advisory approach in HR management to SMEs across multiple sectors (Health care, luxury, hospitality, Social enterprises…) in partnership with International organizations (UNICEF, GIZ, PACES, EBRD, WFP, ELCIM, ICTN, ABL…) designing and supporting the implementation of HR operating models that integrate business & HR priorities. She is a lead facilitator, bridging knowledge, skills and behavioral gaps in Soft skills, locally and across the MENA. She is also part of the GLEAC mentor community (Dubai), participating in events related to solving HR and soft skills challenges in organizations.
